Service Overview
Coral Springs Party Bus connects you with licensed and insured party bus operators in the Fort Lauderdale area. By submitting a quote request, you agree to these terms.
Quote Requests
Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding reservation. All pricing is subject to availability and confirmation by the operator. Final pricing, terms, and cancellation policies will be provided in your booking confirmation.
Passenger Responsibilities
- All passengers must comply with instructions from the driver at all times
- BYOB is permitted on licensed commercial party buses per Florida Statute 316.1936; passengers must be 21+ to consume alcohol
- Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle beyond normal wear
- Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited
- Maximum occupancy limits must be observed as posted in the vehicle
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies vary by operator and will be clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made 48+ hours before the event receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a fee.
Limitation of Liability
Coral Springs Party Bus acts as a booking facilitator. All party bus services are provided by independent, licensed operators. We are not liable for service quality, delays, or incidents during your event. All operators carry commercial liability insurance as required by Florida law.
